There’s just something special about Rancho Mirage. We love the views, the lack of overhead power lines, and the dark night skies. Magnesia Falls Cove was the first neighborhood in the area that later became known as the city of Rancho Mirage, and you can see its history in the midcentury bones of the homes in the neighborhood.
With the River shopping center less than a mile away, there’s easy access to shopping, dining and entertainment. There are excellent hiking trails nearby, and if you’re lucky, you may see bighorn sheep in the hills behind the house. We’re near the border of Palm Desert, and Palm Springs, Indian Wells, LaQuinta and Indio are just a short drive away.
