2. Booking and Payment

  • Reservations are subject to acceptance and confirmation by the owner or authorized property manager.
  • Stays must meet the property’s minimum stay requirements (currently 28 nights).
  • We do not accept reservations more than 12 months in advance.
  • A signed rental agreement and valid ID are required to confirm a booking.
  • Deposits, fees, and payment terms will be outlined in your rental agreement or booking platform (such as OwnerRez or Airbnb, if applicable).

3. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations, refunds, and rescheduling requests are subject to the terms of the signed rental agreement or the third-party booking platform used. Please review those policies carefully before confirming your stay.

4. Guest Responsibilities

By staying at The Biskra House, guests agree to:

  • Treat the property, furnishings, and neighborhood with respect.
  • Abide by all local noise, parking, and occupancy regulations.
  • Use the property only for residential purposes and not for events, parties, or commercial filming unless expressly approved in writing.
  • Follow all house rules provided in the rental agreement or house manual.
